Stainless steel, a versatile material with elegance and robustness, has inspired architectural designers for projects of all kinds. Constructed of quality stainless steel wire ropes, flexible wire rope mesh has unique characteristics that allows design flexibility in architecture. It incorporates the tensile strength of the indestructible stainless steel and aesthetically diamond openings, which is graceful and beautiful.

The mesh is light, robust and transparent, and it can stand up to heavy loads, and now it has been widely used as balustrade infill system, zoo enclosures, tensile facade, safety netting and green wall systems in interior and exterior applications.

Material: Stainless Steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L.
Wire diameter: 1.0 mm - 5.0 mm.
Construction of wire cable: 7 × 7, 7 × 19.
Weaving Types: Handwoven, Open type buckle, Closed type buckle.
Mesh opening sizes: 25-200 mm.

Mesh opening angles: 20°, 30°, 60°, 70°, 75°. Mesh aperture at 60° as standard opening.

Surface treatment: primary color or black oxide finish.

Connection: Ferrule or knotted.

Ferrule material: stainless steel, tinned copper, nickel plated copper.

Our Flexible stainless steel cable mesh products are supplied in two main series: Inter-woven and Ferrule Type. Inter-woven mesh are hand-woven which was also called hand-woven mesh is made from fine s.s.wire rope . The rope construction is 7 x 7 or 7 x 19 and made from AISI 304 or AISI 316 material group.This mesh has strong tensile strength , high flexibility,high transparence and wide span.The flexible s.s. cable mesh has unreplacable advantages compared with other mesh products in many aspects like practicability, security, aesthetic property and durability etc. Its more and more appreciated by garden designers and architect all over the world.

2.Flexible stainless steel cable mesh (Ferrule type)

Our flexible stainless steel cable mesh are supplied in two main series : Inter-woven and Ferrule. Our mesh is made from s.s.wire rope in various material type like SUS304,SUS304L,SUS316,SUS316L etc and two main strand structures:7*7 and 7*19.cable dia.1mm-4mm and mesh size:20mm-160mm. The ferrule type series are sub-divided into aluminum alloy mesh ,stainless steel ,tinned copper and nickled copper mesh by the material of the ferrule. The ferrule type mesh, are more used in fields like balustrades on bridges and staircases, large barrier fences, and building facade trellis systems. As an emerging product on architectural decoration and protection, stainless steel rope mesh has provided the mordern architectural decoration and horticulture engineering with a new and stylish element, which are getting more and more appreciated by designeers and clients all over the world.
